KEITH COX AUTOBAHN WARRANTY

The subject vehicle will be covered as to problems or deficiencies with regard to the MAJOR POWERTRAIN for 3,000 MILES or 3 MONTHS (whichever expires first from the time of purchase). The buyer will be responsible for a $100 DEDUCTIBLE for each repair. Major power train shall be defined by the language in The Manufacturer’s original warranty.  Regular manufacturer’s recommended service is the responsibility of the buyer along with the parts and fluids necessary to perform such work. Keith Cox Autobahn reserves the right to remedy any claim by offering the buyer the then posted N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide – “Trade In Value” toward a Keith Cox Autobahn vehicle of the buyer’s choice or a bankable check of like amount. This warranty shall be secondary to any other warranty offered by the manufacturer or purchased by the buyer.

The success of this warranty depends on the buyer’s participation in the following steps:

1.      Coverage is void in the case of operator error, abuse or accident.

2.      Coverage is excluded for after market parts not on the vehicle when sold.  Damage or malfunction related to such parts and/or their installation is not covered.

3.      The buyer agrees to check and maintain all fluid levels to their correct levels. *Keith Cox Autobahn includes the first standard service free for Certified Pre-owned vehicles*   

4.      The buyer agrees to contact Keith Cox Autobahn immediately if a problem is suspected.

5.      The buyer is responsible for delivering the car to Keith Cox Autobahn for warranty work.

6.      Unless specifically authorized otherwise by Keith Cox Autobahn, all warranty work shall be performed by Keith Cox Autobahn.
